Reminds me of when Taylor Hall threw the water bottle and got water on Dallas Eakins shoes.

How about six? Six is good. You got a problem with six?

That's not a good look on MacKinnon.

Another game, another two points. What’s all the fuss about?

Seriously though, the Avs were really skating out there, and their zone entries were dominant. Credit Rittich for holding the fort — there were a lot of grade A scoring chances, especially in the second when the game was still tied 2-2.

Thought Frolik and Janko played well up front, as did Johnny. Andersson looked good on the back end, especially when saddled with Prout (who I don’t think had a shift in the third).

Probably our 6th most important forward right now. That's a compliment considering the top 5 we have.

Flames need to get a kick in the butt.

Sure should’ve had a better result vs Bruins, but had to come back in the 3rd against the poor Flyers, real close game score wise against the not much better Hawks, and 2 poor goals on Varlamov and a pinball off Frolik against a team has lost 8 of 9.

Good that they’re winning but they are far from sharp right now, most especially the forwards if they are outside of the offensive zone.

I hate seeing that from a player. The coach needs to be respected, and whether Nate agreed with his moves or not, you never speak to your coach that way in my book.

Is it too early to be calling for Gaskal?

Personally I think they're exhausted. They've played a lot of games lately and going from time zone to time zone can't help either. Tonight the dreaded first game back after a road trip.

I think this home stand will do wonders. Sleep in their own beds, get some rest, put in some practice time. This 5 game home stand really couldn't come at a better time. They'll be better as the next few days go along.

It’s rough, there are cameras everywhere now.

You know, television broadcasts, Ubers...

Not the prettiest game but I don’t care how they win, I just care that they win.

To me the fact that his Captain is grabbing him by the front of the shirt to try and get him to stop is quite telling about the content directed at the coach

Jermain Franklin @TSNJFranklin
Mark Jankowski scored his first even strength goal since Nov 25th tonight. "I almost forgot what it was like to at even strength for a minute there… it was nice to get a five on five one." Jankowski has 7 tallies on the season. #Flames

Good win, even though the Avs outplayed the Flames for the most part. Rittch with some huge saves in the 2nd. Gio with 3 points. What a beast. +32 on the season??? Daaaamn!!

I'm a big Bill Peters fan. But for god's sake, leave 3M together long term please! It's like having a 1a and 1b lines to work with. What a deadly top 6. Never in my wild dreams did I expect this!
