Treliving was insistent that the Flames improve their scoring. That hasn't necessarily been accomplished yet. They want to replace the toughness they lost. That hasn't been accomplished yet either. I'm positive there is more to come.
And yes, I am certain there is interest in ROR. If we can consider the 960 guys an unofficial conduit of news, they have (almost) all noted that ROR is on the Flames radar. (not today mind you, past discussions from guys like Lou)

I agree with you just based on taking Treliving at his own words, but that doesn't have to happen today or tomorrow. Flames have an excess of bodies now, it would seem. So a trade might be the next move before training camp.

Sure hope Treliving doesn't trade our 1st 2nd round picks away again. Hopefully if this trade goes down its player for player.
