While I agree it should definitely be more than 2 games, watching the video is much different than that still picture. You can see the panic on his face when his skates hits the Swiss player, I really think it was a natural reaction to his leg being hit and then he realized what happened. He definitely is responsible fo his actions, but I don't think it was meant to be anything with malice.

Granted I'm on a phone and can't make out his face that clearly, but he put his skate on another player upper chest with intent (as in the league's ruling), even if he wasn't fully aware of the possible outcome of doing so...
