Go look at their schedule in October as well and you will realize the Oilers have been gifted a LOT of points by schedule-makers this season.
If they don't get a similar schedule next season, they will regress in points column and a lot of their fans will wonder why. It's come together pretty perfectly for them this season.
"Start Easy, Middle Hard, End Easy" is the best format that a team can have.
