Re Francis,

1. No one has any idea of how far apart they were in the first place.
2. Trelliving doesn't fly out there unless there has been some recent movement closer together.
3. How would Francis have any clue what's going on at the negotiating table at this time?

In summary, Francis' tweet can be completely ignored. (And I say this being a lot less anti Francis than many around here)
