I really hope there actually is a trade here. I know we got a great return for Russell but I will still be a bit disappointed now if this "new" trade does not go through.

If the trade is already made, wouldn't the papers already be submitted and its just pending Trade Call?

Sounds like the league doesn't want team announcements until all final trde calls are through. There could be 2 more trades or 20 that no one knows about.
