Honestly, I'll be happy with the 2016 draft is the Flames grabbed Korshkov in any round. Remember the name Yegor Korshkov folks.
Answer to the Gurianov question, he was cut. Not sure of the details but I think he would've added more offense but maybe less defensive prowess.

He was facing a suspension for a hit in pre-tournament game. Russia management didn't want to deal with it.

Antti Kalapudas was pretty good in the last two games. Haven't really followed the other teams enough to say. Potential depth player maybe.
Random notes:
Kasperi Kapanen is a 3rd generation hockey player. Grandfather Hannu Kapanen a bit of a legend in Finland, father Sami Kapanen played 900+ games in the NHL. Kasperi is a 1st round pick for the Penguins. Great hockey family.
Kari Jukka Jalonen became the first Finnish coach to win both the U20 championship and the mens World Championship. It might interest you that he's considered a bit of a "rogue" in Finland, going against the tradition of Finnish hockey, focusing more on puck control and offense. Wasn't necessarily the most popular guy before those two championships, but obviously he's silenced his critics by now.
Essentially, his success could will probably lead to a bigger change in Finnish hockey culture.
EDIT: Oops, sorry, wrong Jalonen
Kari Jalonen is the head coach of the mens team right now.
(Not related.)
(A bit of trivia: Jukka Jalonen is only the second head coach ever with both a U20 and mens world championship. The other guy is Mike Babcock.)

Have to say, I really don't mind the finns winning, and it's great that they got to do it in front of the home fans.

Don't be discouraged by a silly internet board - where your colours loud and proud! Canadians love all visitors, even those damn...

I may have missed this somewhere but I was wondering how many of the world junior players from the other participating countries play in Canada?

On Finland Kasper Björqvist stood out for me as a great bottom six player. Plays with a lot of drive with and without the puck. Determination and hands to force the puck from behind the net to the front of the net. He's planning to move to NA to play college hockey. Went undrafted but is going to get picked this year I imagine.

Both groups are. Finland and Sweden in the other group is no walk in the park either and we always have troubles with SUI to.

And the Czechs find a way to come out and shock the tournament once in a while too. I thought this year may have been the year they created some havok, but no. Their turn is coming soon.

Nope, impossible. Canada is the only country remotely interested in this tournament.

Yeye, cut the bull#### now.
Your statement was true 2 years ago, but when Finland won in 2014, the crowd started to notice the tournament more, but before that yes, Canada was actually the only country .remotely. interested.
