I want to be clear here, Ramo isn't to blame for the goal, but it did find a hole that should be closed up more on a shot like that.

High end goalies make that save due to strong positioning, Ramo definitely could have it - but not an awful goal. Not one you can peg on goaltending, but one you certainly wish your goalie had.

No chance for Ramo. Gio late to box out.

Doesn't count, Oilers didn't make seven passes and sick dekes before they scored

100% agree. I miss having a high end goalie

Can't we? Was certainly deflected, but it went in under his blocker arm that was covering empty space to the side of the net.

Nothing he could do...but if he does make it it looks like a routine save by being far out enough in the crease.

Someone tell the Flames that's not the rule.

I certainly don't blame Ramo for that one. At least it wasn't a soft goal. But at some point the goaltender has to make a big or unexpected save. We just haven't gotten that yet.

Since the regulars are on a "break" I guess I'll post. Not even mad at Ramo for that last goal. He seems way more aggressive tonight. I'm liking this progress.

Seems they have also switched up a few systems. And it seems like they have some tenacity in them tonight... bout time.

Seems hopeful.

Yeah, I think the Flames fans are more fragile than the team on this night.
