Exactly. BMI is a bad indicator if you know you're fit and have a lot of muscle mass. But it shouldn't be dismissed if you're an average Joe Blow and using it as a rough indicator of where you weight should be. I find a lot of people just dismiss it because they think they have all this muscle weighing them down, when in fact they probably don't.
