We might be calling up a couple D's if the one game suspension is true. And we need the third D pairing to play more before the top 4 get worned out. Let see if someone takes the challenge and put in some heroic efforts.

Hamhuis getting a 2-game misconduct tonight as a third man in. Is this mean he'll be suspended? I can't remember how many game misconduct you get before you get suspended. I thought 2 but I guess I am wrong.
I can't believed Richardson was still punching Stajan when he was down on ice. I was hoping Ferland was the one Dorsett was fighting instead of Engelland.

Anyways about the game. Yes i am upset we lost but not too upset because we stole a home game from Canucks already. I would want them to win both but Canucks came prepared and got lucky earlier. Ice condition sucks especially early and that didn't help the Flames. One of the things that kind of makes me mad was the Flames was throwing a lot of blind or back passes that dies. I wish they could have shoot more and go for a rebound. Just look at the 2 goals that Canucks in the 1st period, both of them are on rebound.

They didn't get the jump early and it hurt them a bit. Late in the game is different though. Flames got the jump and were very physical. I hope that will get them pumped up next game. Hope Ferland kicks the crap out of that mouthy Horvat and Bieksa next game. Just keep hitting them on the board. Freaking yapping so much on the bench because they knew Ferland would not be able to go after them on the bench. 2nd game done and is now forgotten. Just move on to the 3rd game.

Okay....so...Engelland gets TWO majors for fighting at the same gametime. That would mean that BOTH of his altercations were, in fact, fights. This would also mean that Hamhuis had to have been 3rd man in on a FIGHT? No? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here.

Refs allowed this all to happen. They let the Canucks do whatever they wanted to the Flames and probably should have given Ferland a misconduct far earlier, but Jesus.. What a mess.

For the record I wanted to see Ferland break someone's face. We're going to get shafted on this.. Watch Engelland gets suspended and we're not allowed to call someone up until Adirondack is completely done.
