Would you be willing to eat Aaron Ward's pubes if Mony doesn't?

Ahhhhh, hindsight is always 20/20, but it can also be disgusting seeing one of your star players plastered with "potential Oiler" in the past. Still glad we sniped him out from under the Oilers, leaving them bone dry down the middle.

I see Sean Monahan as being a good NHL centre. If he works on his skating, he could possibly crack the top six, but if his skating doesn’t improve you’ve got yourself a good third line or depth player, which maybe at the 10 spot might not be exactly what you’re looking for. If he does improve his skating he has the possibility of being a top-six guy.

Quote:
Some of that is just bad luck (there are superstars with much worse junior numbers than this, and someone will eventually put together a draft season like this one before turning into a superstar), but it’s also a reflection of the fact that Monahan can’t reasonably be expected to become a true superstar in the NHL. That said, it’s also a pretty safe list of top nine forwards with some top line upside. There are a couple of busts in the group (Scott Glennie, Denis Shvidki), but guys like Brendan Shanahan and Patrick Marleau really help to balance that out. Monahan strikes me as a safe pick, and I could see him going ahead of some of the folks I’ve already profiled, but the lack of superstar potential has him behind them on my list.

Quote:
On the Monahan side, I think you look at last year he was on a great team and he had I believe around 78 points and this time he was on the worst team in the OHL and he had 78 points again. Obviously, he can produce without having high-end players with him. He can carry a team and battle his way through and show some leadership and drive. In Monahan’s case, he played against everybody’s best players, all the time – there was never a moment where he didn’t play against everybody’s best players, so that tells you a lot as well.

Gene Principe.
The good thing is, you can pluck the pubes off his head.

Is the rule it has to be a ''he''? Cause I'd much rather go for someone like Leah Hextall or one of the other SN girls.

Attractive, young females with pubes? The 70's called, they want their day dreams back.

It's amazing how wrong they were. A good pick at 10th overall. 50 point potential. Might be top 6 if he improves his skating. lol!

Thoughtful and insightful analysis like that really explains a lot about the state of the Oilers.

More then anything we need a sticky thread with ''pube betting'' rules laid out in a clear and consistent format. Too many grey areas.
