From how terrible this show was in the first few episodes (Like balloon man) it got really good. Once they toned down the monster of the weak and spent more time on the serialized plots it got a lot better.

Ok, it was ok last night but it just didn't seem...right. I mean what's with Barbra wearing a dress in Arkham? There were a few things that just didn't look good but there were a few things I liked about it. I hope it gets better then it was last night.

I like the campy throwbacks to the 60's batman they include in the costumes so thought the striped dress fit in.

The kid playing the joker I think will do a good job and Penguin is fantastic as always.

Yeah, Penguin stole the show as always. I wonder if we'll see Fish again this season. She was really good too, and the dynamic between the two of them may have been the best part of the show.

I was also confused with Barbara's prison attire. Any reason to sex her up a little I guess. She is ridiculously good looking, but I find she's an annoying character who's pretty much only built around her looks. She needs to be fleshed out or gotten rid of. There's no point for her and she's not interesting. I dunno, is she supposed to turn into a familiar villain? We've already met Catwoman and Poison Ivy...

My god that kid can not act. Hate it when there's a high quality actor beside someone that is terrible.

Thought the same thing the whole time for Hunger games with Hemsworth and Lawrence.

I'm thinking that Barbara is going to be the Harley Quinn in this reality as she's gravitated towards Jerome(kid is amazing in that role)

Overall I liked the episode, the camera work in the one action scene was terrible though.

Fish is dead, if she comes back it won't be the same actress.

Penguin is an amazing character.

My loathing of Fish and her overacting is finally going away slowly, but other than that this show has been a real treat with some outstanding characters.

When I was watching it looked like all of the woman in the background were wearing dresses.

I just wonder where she got the nail polish and other beauty products.

They should have roughed up her looks instead of making her look that perfect.

The acting is pretty bad cheese, and that action scene where they kept showing the closeup of Gordon while he ran was pretty terrible, but I keep wanting to watch this show. Not entirely sure why, but it's enough to keep me tuning in.

Wasn't Harley Quinn originally a doctor or mental health professional? Isn't that how she met the Joker?

Course, I don't suppose they have to follow canon that closely.

Yeah, it's very outside the realm of what I usually like too. But, I like it.

Yeah but the nice thing about this is that they can establish their own canon.

Man, the character playing the joker is fantastic, the Russian roulette part was intense.

That was probably one of the most intense hours of TV that I've ever watched. We don't know for sure that Jerome is the Joker, but I think its pretty clear.

You look at how great of a villain that the Penguin has been, but Jerome has dialed it up several notches. In two episodes Serena has had very little impact. Barbara is fantastic as a psychopath.

Was shocked to see how bloody this episode was and yeah, the Russian Roulette game was awesome.

I'm wondering if the league of shadows is involved here.
