What a collapse by the Kings.
Felt weird when we all chanted his name! Whole stadium "Raffi, Raffi, Raffi". He (so far) has cleaned up his act after Wilson talked to him apparently.

The noise in the 2nd and 3rd was off the hook. I don't think people here realize how lucky SJ is to have a consistently good team that is fun to watch. If they don't make it past the 2nd round, there are some that will think a change in coach/GM/players is needed.

Wasn't a shock at all. I would have done the exact same thing. LA was gooning it up big time with cheap plays. Richards speared Couture and got 4 minutes for it and Greene/Mitchell went after Torres in the crease cutting him with a high stick. If LA was going to goon it up, SJ was going to make them pay by putting out the #1 unit. If they were regular PP's (trip, etc), the 2nd unit would have been out. But that Richards play in particular was really cheap. Blatant spear to Couture. That's why the Sharks put out the top unit.

Yeah I know why they did it but I still think it was wrong. When you're u[, you don't give the other team a reason to rally for the next game. At least I wouldn't have.

It's crazy how often Nhl defencemen miss the net with their shots.

They're typically missing because there's very little to aim for between the behemoth goalies and sea of bodies looking to block the shot, not because they are incapable of hitting the net, lol.
