So unfortunate. The guy was so so so good last season during the lockout. I wish people could've seen him play because he was outstanding. Then the surgery, and now he's not doing well.
I know last season I was saying he's NHL ready, and he was. Now? Not a chance. Far from it.

I think he is going to have to pull a Matt Pelech to get an NHL contract after this year.

It's Aaron Dell getting his first AHL start today! Jake Allen goes for the Wolves. Same line-up otherwise, but lines have been changed.
For anyone wanting to watch dual games, Sportsnet360 will be showing OKC vs Marlies in about 10 minutes. Few former Heat players expected to play. And a chance to watch something Oilers related potentially fail.
- Thought the game started on the wrong foot, first shift and gave up a goal. Changed the outcome of the whole game and gave Wolves too much confidence. Too many new faces and the early goal killed them
- Wolves aren't not a team that they feel that they can't content with or play with, but felt that the new faces vs the veteran team is why they loss
- Thought the 3rd period was good, but they need to have more of those 3rd periods in the 1st and 2nd.
- Felt bad for Roy as they did nothing for him in front of him. The two times he's been pulled it was due to lack of guys doing anything for him
- Felt the Heat had an out of body experience last night. This was not the way they play.
- Brett Olson has stepped up with all the changes. Very usable guy, good teammate, having a nice year. Feels lucky to have him.
- Thought Aaron Dell played well and was calm, that's why he is getting the start. He did a nice job, they feel good with Dell in net.
