I noticed that Klopp improved his English markedly over the summer. Interesting

Great win for Celtic today. If they can beat Ajax away, which is a huge ask, it would set up a great matchday five in Glasgow on November 26 between Celtic and AC Milan.

Any points out of Amsterdam in a fortnight will be good. Just hope for another Barca/Milan draw or Barca win at home, and that game vs Milan will likely decide the second spot.

Leverkusen is up on Shaktar 2-0 and Bayern is also leading their match 2-0. Good day for the German clubs so far

Bayern wins 5-0. Plzen didn't even have an attempted shot.

Why not? Juve were pressing. They played well. Could have been a draw.

and Juventus could have won if they got another red and went down to 9 men, lots of things could have happened

Juve weren't creating any clear cut chances before the red, if they pushed more Madrid are a counter team anyway

Hart & Van Persie sit, while Casillas starts.

I'm not feeling too bad but I'm not brimming with confidence either. It's two good attacking teams and they'll have to play it out. As long as we learnt our lesson from the reverse fixture, I'm confident we can get at least a point. COYG!!!

Maybe Wenger should ask ManU if he can borrow Ashley Young, he can always make something out of nothing.

Not the most convincing win but a great victory nonetheless. Arsenal had a pretty solid defensive performance.
Dortmund had more of the play but not too many clear cut chances.
