It's not like the contestants have broken any laws and they are not employees of CBS which is probably why no action has been taken. I'm sure they have had meetings and the lawyers have gone over the rules of the show to see if they can remove them but when this type of behaviour (arguing, fighting, backstabbing, bullying) is the essence of the show throughout it's history they probably can't just kick them out because of racially offensive comments.

I'm no lawyer, but I can promise you they wouldn't do a show with contestants that have any sort of unassailable rights to stay. The contracts would very likely stipulate that CBS can remove people for any reason so they can protect themselves in just this type of situation

It's known that the only rule about being kicked off a show like Survivor or Big Brother is physical violence or if you're mentally unstable (Hantz from BB). I despise racism but no denying that it exists in the world. Why kick them off a "reality" show for showing their true colours? They're both unemployed now and will find it difficult to find new work. I say let them continue to make fools of themselves.

Why kick them off? They are contributing content to the network and thereby representing what the network allows on its programming. Would they allow funniest home videos to continually show racist videos?

I think CBS is loving this- reality tv is all about having the good guys and the villains. Usually they have to manufacture them with production and editing, but these few are doing all the work for them.

Gained respect for Howard as a person, the guy is a class act. But disappointed in his gameplay lately. Seemed liked he was really smart before, now he seems to be falling in that too good to be good at this game category. Might not be in a terrible position because there's such an obvious split in the house anyways.

I think Judd is much smarter than he's getting credit for and everyone likes him (or at least hates someone more than him). And Candice seems smart and nice, but it's too bad that she has to deal with straight up racists in the house as that's going to affect her game.

I think those are my top 3 hoping to win people right now though.
