teams out of the playoffs go 1-14 (subject to on team winning the lottery)

the 4 teams that make the conference finals go 27-30

the division winners (other than the 4 conference finalists) go next

the teams knocked out in the first two rounds go according to the standings in the regular season between 15-26 (except the division winners, who go last of that group)

Edit: as of this moment, the Blues are 14th overall. As long as they didn't go to the conference finals, they would have the 17th pick (if it finished like it currently is)

29th - cup loser
27/28 - conference losers
remaining division winners
remaining playoff teams in order of regular season pts

so, ideally the Blues squeak in; they can't win their division; hope they don't make it to the final four or beyond
