Well if it were actually a case of child smuggling, I'm not sure the surveillance video would prove anything. They could easily have taken the child as their own and just took him along.
I know that wasn't the case, and I understand that it was probably frustrating and painful to make work, but part of me appreciates a bit that the immigration people are so thorough when they make decisions.
I just think that if the 'mom/dad' are accepted, the children, if proven to be theirs, should easily be accepted too. We want families here that want to put down roots.
