It's such a shame that the sequel, Quatum of Solace, was so 'meh' after such a good movie (Casino Royale). It's funny, QoS had more action which you would think would be good for a Bond film, but the story was mediocre and the villain was terrible. I really hope that Bond 23 turns out to be more like Casino Royale than QoS.

This may have been answered previous but as a stand alone movie QoS isn't as good. But if you consider it part of a longer epic for Casino Royale it's not as terrible.
