Now I'm as redneck as you can get but to me Ka was amazing. The story was quite good and easy to follow, and yes all the "Cirque" elements were really awsome to. Ive heard good things about La Reve wich is next on the list above O.

alright almighty CP...
We are going to Vegas on Friday and want to go to a nice club Saturday night that will do bottle service for a group of 4. Most places seem to be a minimum of 6 people.
Also looking for advice for discount tickets to O.
Thanks CP.

Doubt you will be seeing any discounts on O. The discount venders rarely get them as it is the most sought after. You never know but do not bank on it.
As for clubs,
Marquee room is the new "hot spot" but also pricey for bottle service.
TAO is wicked
The Bank is very small and will suck if you don;t have a bottle. Cost was about $800 for 1 bottle and 4 redbulls or a basic rum.
Pure is very high end and stunning but I can see a bottle costing a fortune as its one of the first places people think of when thinking of a vegas club.
My advice, do not shoot for the most expensive but dont settle for junk. Every main club will be wicked on a Saturday.

Tix4Tonight. I've seen O for sale there, but as Realtor says, they're hard to get at discount.

I have no experience with bottle service at the clubs, but I have been following this thread that might be able to help you.

We are thinking about doing the Nite Tours club crawl. We won't get a table but atleast we will get to see a few different clubs and won't have to wait in lines for an hour plus to get in.

Has anyone ever done this or know anything about it.

If you’re looking for a good time, look no further. Las Vegas's hottest club is Crease. Club promoter Tranny Oakley has gone all out, and inside it’s just everything: lights, psychos, Furbies, screaming babies in Mozart wigs. Sunburned drifters with soap-sud beards.

i'm pretty sure I did this. The reason I say pretty sure is that I know we went from club to club one night but I was such a drunken mess that I can't be sure if it was an organized club crawl or something we just did.
Whatever the case it was a ton of fun!...I think

Its a good bang for your buck. Waiting to get into clubs if you dont go with bottle service is the worst part of it all. This will get you into a few places and you will avoid the line ups.
If I recall they serve booze on the bus too. (didnt click the link but im assuming its the same thing)

I'm going to Vegas in a couple of weeks, and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a couple pub type bars on the strip, as opposed to the nightclubs.
Also, which nightclubs might be good on a Thursday night, and generally which nightclubs are a good time. What time would a group of 4 guys need to be in line to get into a nightclub at a reasonable hour? 9? 10? 11? What time do bars get busy in Vegas, and what time are they generally open until?
Thanks for any and all help, greatly appreciated!

Tropicana, Monte Carlo, New York New York or MGM Grand.
Provide your recommendations, CP, and I shall abide by them.

NYNY or MGM Grand. The rooms in NYNY is a bit small, but i still liked the room. MGM Grand is nicer, and actually has the best bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. They just began renovations this last week, don't know what that means to people staying there though. They'll be remodeling all of their rooms, and the casino floor by the end of 2012.
Better pools at MGM compared to the pool at NYNY. Although you should be able to get some really good pricing at NYNY.
I think Trop just went through room renos too, but I had a friend who stayed there this last spring and she said she wouldn't stay there again, but I can't remember her reasons why.
I can't tell you a thing about Monte Carlo.
You can find reviews for all the places at www.vegastripping.com or room pictures at www.lvcasinoinfo.com.

Very good review.
Monte Carlo I find is kind of a dump when it comes to rooms. Uncomfortable beds, outdated rooms and probably the most unfriendly staff I've encountered in any of the strip hotels. I won't ever be staying there again.

Like someone else suggested, Vegas has a pretty good shooting range.
http://thegunstorelasvegas.com/
You can shoot M-16's, Uzi's, and AK47's and stuff. My bro went there last time he was in Vegas and said it was a riot!
I think they also have themed packages, like WWII etc where you shoot retro old school guns.
Might be worth checking out!

Has anyone had luck with buying show tickets online at a discounted price? I know about the ticket kiosks that offer deals on the strip, but I'd like to buy the tickets before leaving Calgary.

I've stayed at MGM 4 times and it's fantastic. Trop is a bit of a dump. NYNY is cool but it's so close to MGM it's an easy walk. If you're going to do the pool thing a bit then definitely do MGM as their pool complex is ridiculous.

1) Went to the Gun Range, was awesome. Did the coalition package, firing the SAW machine gun is something all men should do.
2) Stayed at Ceasear's loved it there, gave the girl at the front 50 bucks, she put us in an amazing suite. Perfect, central location.
3) Like it has been said before, Bottle service is the way to do it.

I've never tried. I've always been told to buy them the day of the show at Tix4Tonight kiosks or other similar kiosks at the resorts where the show is held.
I bought tickets for Mystere at TI, right in front of TI on the day of the show, for about 50% off.
