I think CJ Severyn will need to be signed this summer or he will be lost.

Wouldn't Ryan Stone be a UFA after this season? I thought we picked him up as a UFA, and that we only signed him to a 1 year contract. Did the Oil just release him outright?

RFA's
Mikkelson - Sign
Carson - Sign
Irving - Sign
Armstrong - Borderline
Pelech - Borderline
Chucko - Cut
Meyer - Cut
Carpentier - Cut
Keetley - Cut
Baldwin - Borderline
Cunning - Borderline
Stone - Borderline

Seems like there are 4 relatively easy cuts and 5 guys you can cut without regretting it too much.

I really like what the FAN has been doing with the Prospect Show.

I do too... It has been very enjoyable to listen to. Nice to hear positive aspects of our prospect pool rather then the usual doom and gloom from the media.

Carter Bancks was back in the lineup for the Heat tonight after missing a lot of time with a concussion. Had a fight and a goal in his return. They lost 3-2 in the shootout with Breen scoring the other goal.

Bancks never ceases to amaze me. He's a diamond in the rough for this team and I would hope they would resign him this offseason because when he's healthy, he racks up the points.

Reinhart with a shorthanded goal as the Ice tie their Playoff series 1-1.

Leach was a -2 in the game.

They've been finished for awhile now. If he was in the plans I don't see why he wouldn't already be in Abbotsford.

Patrick Holland has 1 G and 2 assists through the first two games of the Playoffs for the Tri-City Americans after finishing the season with 22G and 40A. They will play games three and four in Vancouver on Tuesday and Wednesday night!
