The federal government spent 15 years, between 1991 and 2006, cleaning up the old training grounds land before it was returned to the Tsuu T'ina. The ground should be clean, but we saw this summer after the flood, that there's probably some stuff that was missed.

Not a City project. Province doesn't have a 1% public art policy.
