I think it's important to get some break chances early, even if Isner went on to hold that game. Felix is returning well which is also positive.

At this point you just hope he keeps pushing Isner into lengthy service games and maybe he will start to tire as the set and match draws on.

Felix has got this. He just needs to keep doing what he's doing, but maybe not go for winners quite as hard.

Felix has to realize by now that he doesn't need to go full out. Most rallies he can get this guy into, Isner will crack and error out. In that sense it's actually probably a pretty easy match, if you can get returns into play.

I second that motion! Isner will get frustrated that Felix is getting so many balls back in play and start to force it more and more now.
FA2 now winning nearly 40% of return points against this guy. If this keeps up the rest of the match you can certainly put him among the games elite.
