Ya that is a real limited brainpower chant.
Jays have nothing going against Felix tonight... not looking good. Hutch is keeping it reasonably close anyway but to expect 3 late game rallies in a row might be reaching.

May as well have kept Hutchison in if Mills is going to give up 4 runs in the same inning (with more to come)...though at least its clear that a light throwing waiver wire junk pickup as one of AA's pre-deadline moves isn't going to work...that's 12 runs in 4 innings for Mills since being picked back up last month.

Ya Mills has been brutal every time he's pitched in the majors - that dumb quote about insanity = doing the same thing over and over again comes to mind. I wonder why they wouldn't have called up a guy like Stilson, Nolin or Graveman instead.

Was at the game. Great atmosphere for the jays until Drew fell apart and the gas can that is brad mills showed up. Didn't expect to beat Felix, his stuff is great and has been lights out this year but would have liked to have seen a few mor productive at bats and not watch Colby loose his brain on second, a hard hit ball to the best second baseman in baseball... May want to stay in scoring position with one out than have a base clogger not in scoring position.
Oh well tomorrow is a new day and maybe a better outcome.

It's probably to balance out the spontaneous renditions of "Oh Canada" in the concourse, the Canadian swag plastered around Safeco or the overcompensating behavior by visiting fans. It really is not unlike when the Roughriders or Leafs visit with a weird nationalistic slant.
I love the atmosphere and what the BJ fans bring when it is cheering for you team or player but it gets uncomfortable when it is so unnaturally nationalistic.
As for the game, memorable. Roy Hobbs should have bat for Cano.

Lind back into the line up today! Yesterday's line up will hopefully never have to be witnessed ever again.

Sounds like in the addition of Lind, we may also seen EE.

Jays fans should recognize that swing. Edwin in the cages here in Buffalo. Will DH and should play 9 innings tonight

I can't wait until he is back up with the Blue Jays, the guy wins games by himself.

Ya getting Edwin back will be huge not only is he a great hitter, the guy he replacing Francisco doesn't look like an everyday major leaguer to me, the sooner he is out of the lineup the better it's a huge swing in talent.
I'd also love to see Morrow join the pen, he has been in florida training for a long time with no word, hopefully he starts rehab soon.
I am not counting on Lawrie playing a major role this season but I am ok with Valencia based on what I've seen so far.

Good start!
Missed the run while watching the CFL game.
Shame we couldn't score the run from third with only one out.

That stings, defence is all rasmus is contributing right now, couple more plays like that and he will find his 220 average stapled to the bench.

That was a very difficult play for Rasmus, I wouldn't be too hard on him. He actually played it quite well, just got a bit unlucky with the bounce I'd imagine.

Such easy money betting against the Blue Jays when they are playing big games.
