The extra mana recharge and pet survivability of WDs is nice. I noticed a difference with my lv 58 anyway. Gotta grind him out to 60 and try him out on Inferno now. I've never really had a main before. Just been goofing around with all the classes before. But now with the new paragon levels, I may have to pick a main. I'm deciding between my WD and barb...decisions decisions...

You enjoyed the WD again? I tried it with pets and they still got destroyed fast. Sticking with DH now paragon level 3 so far.

lol I didn't really get to try the WD properly with my mf gear, 12k health.
Thankfully I have a DH and Barb at 60, both similarily geared. But I dunno, still really don't get excited about playing, even with paragon.
Whats your DH build Rękwon

I have a crappy helm on with an XP gem in it for leveling paragon levels and I usually used the bat pet but he likes to attack things I don't ask him to which screws our group up when waiting to 5 stack before killing treasure goblins.

Yeah so I'm like half your armor, half your DPS, half your resistances, etc.
Tried Act II again, could survive a bit longer but still was getting mauled, but Act I is like easy mode. Just have to play and gear up.
The drop rate certainly does feel higher.

Give up some of your life for DPS and it will seem a lot easier.
I gave up some of my life for int/life regen/resist all/crit chance (wizard) and I find I do more damage and take less damage overall so the drop in life wasn't bad.
I'm certainly not an expert by any means, but I seem able to hold my own at the moment.
Also, paragon experience if effected by a ruby in the hat so you may want to change your helmet asap.

Yeah I didn't really intend to have quite that much life, it just kinda worked out that way

Yeah, i basically mirrored your dps and life two days ago. Farming has changed my dps to 20k from 12k and my life from 45k to 42k.
I know lots of people state to just max crit damage and chance, but I guess that depends if you want to do more then just butcher run. All of the builds who have super high damage (unless they have super great items with resists) seem to die instantly in Act II/III.

Threw Rend with Lacerate (900% weapon damage) into my WW/Sprint build and I'm thinking it's pretty overpowered. I've killed some Act 3 elites in 10 to 20 seconds with my MF gear set (I've also died quicker against other elites ). And with the bleed and sprint I can pretty easily "chain up" groups of monsters and get massacre bonuses in excess of 10K extra experience pretty regularly.

A message from Jay Wilson regarding his recent Facebook spat and plans for D3 moving forward.
Personally I never thought it was a big deal. Guy was just reacting to a jab at his team. But one of those things that blew up into an Internet meme. Rest of the post seems quite reasonable as well.

I think it blew up because he said "Eff that guy" to the creator of the Diablo franchise. Obviously he said it in the heat of the moment, but nevertheless it was a really stupid thing to say, and I'm sure he really regrets doing it.
That being said, I was really intrigued by this part at the end: "The Paragon system is a step in the right direction, giving meta-progress for your time in the game, but it does little to address the variety of activities you can do while playing. I don’t think there’s a silver-bullet solution to this problem, but I do think we can make this aspect of the game better, and as such we’re planning more than just PvP for the next major patch."

Some kind of bottomless pit would be cool to explore with enemies getting stronger as you go further down.
It doesn't fit in the story, but would be nice to have some kind of end game.

Helm & gloves definitely need upgrades, even if you dont want to spend much. Buy better quality gems, they are not expensive. With under-geared char like your even a slight boost in stats will help

Well I gave today to the game, sorry but the same reason I quit before is the reason I quit now. Its just farming, and there is no fun in this game.

A few things come to mind Photon. First I don't think the % of Damage Done is Converted to Life is doing you any good whatsoever! 5% of next to nothing is still... next to nothin'! I recently upgraded my weapon and it (damage/life) disappointed me. That was when I was doing about 40k DPS. It is a bit better now that I am up to 65K, but still not what I was expecting. Although, when I go nuclear (Archon), it is definitely nice to have.
Bottom line, get better weapons, and don't worry about the Damage/Life thing until you have significantly better DPS.
I also agree with FoL. Any time you are using gems, upgrade them as best you can. I wouldn't upgrade any of the gems into your current set, as most pieces could use an upgrade themselves first. Heck, if you don't mind hand me downs, I probably have quite a few upgrades that you can have. Let me know if you want me to look into that.
My sorc is doing well since the last time I posted her. Worst case scenario, I can open a gem shop when I decide to quit! LOL. Probably could MF Act III now with that set up, but Act II is blazing fast (one or two seconds for elite kills) that I am levelling faster.

Just to add to what Shawnski said, life steal is nerfed in Inferno by 80% so unless you do insane damage (over 100k) it's useless. They might buff it in future patches who knows but as of now, go for life on hit.
