Tkachuk: No Cup
Hubey: No Cup
Weegar: No Cup
Tkachuk: Injured and tired
Hubey: Not injured and well rested
Weegar: Not injured, kind of rested and a Gold Medal!

Do we see boobs pressed against the glass again with the cup awarded in Vegas?
I say yes, and it's Phil Kessel.

Were you not around for Kipper? Too bad we couldn't score.

Vegas is really good. They had a gear no one else had in the playoffs.

It's a city that's never had their own pro team until recently because they are viewed as a transient town that is just tourists. So this must feel pretty good for them.

This is all true, and I want to thank this, but given that my team has suffered multiple beatings in a final in that building, I just can't.

Big, mobile defensive corps are still how you seem to win come playoff time.
Penguins, Capitals, Blues, Tampa, Colorado, Vegas all had that to some extent and those are your last 8 cup champions.

Conn Smythe voting must be tough this playoffs. I feel like it should be Hill despite not playing the full playoff but he has done as much, if not more, than any other player for this cup winner. That would be an awesome story as well.

Anyone else feeling like if you don’t draft and develop a top-tier starting goalie, then the next best option is to just fling #%^* at the wall and hope something sticks while spending money elsewhere?

It's gotta be Hill. 2nd place votes to Marchessault. 3rd Chucky

Honestly I think it's Hill or Marchessault to me
And I'm leaning Hill. That save in game 1 turned the entire series. I think if Florida scores there early in the second period of game 1 to go up 2-1 then this series might look different.
Panthers were living in those early period goals in rounds 1-3 and when Hill made that save it was almost like a bit of wind left the Panthers sails

I think it’s Hill as well. But with Eichel second.
