Well, the Jays are certainly capable of making this comeback, but it is not impressive to lose a 5-1 lead.

Watching the KC coverage and they just had an interesting stat...

Until yesterday, the Royals had won 70 consecutive road games where they scored at least 6 runs. The 2nd longest streak in major league history.

Can the Jays do it to them again?

Have to give KC credit. They played tough today. Now we know why they are the best team in the AL. This entire series has looked like a playoff series. If we match up this well with one of the best in the league you have to like their chances the rest of the way.

Matching up against the best team in the AL doesn't put you into a playoff spot.

After the epic failure of the post Dickey trade team, one has to think if Toronto can't get it together now, heads are going to roll all over. You don't stack your team like this and not be successful.

60 games over .500, give or take? Hell yeah I expect the Jays to do that.

Unless I'm misunderstanding the things I've heard on the broadcast, both today's game and tomorrow's are sold out.

Infield hit for EE - perhaps the only type of infield hit more rare would be a Navarro one (and I think we've seen one of those this year).

Dickey's doing well on short rest - hopefully it holds up.

Because Price's spot would come up today, but they want him to start on Monday as he was unable to throw his normal side session after his previous start and because this way Price's first three starts will be Twins, Yankees, Yankees (Jays figured the game vs. Twins was more important than vs. Royals).

Not sure what the point of a warning is if the pitcher can head hunt Donaldson again and still get nothing. I wish Gibbons went nuts there, that was ridiculous.
