For all the talk Bungie made about the variety and unique changing charactistic of PoE, it all turned out to be a pre made fixed rotating list.

28 PoE with complete randomness was what I was expecting. Not the same pattern for each race for each level with only a couple modifier changes at Skolas.

Also the nightfall is a joke. I remember that others and I were concerned a potential solar valus would be a massacre.

Just not in this sense.

Boy has Bungie ever resorted to nickel and diming for a lot of content that should have really ben included in the release given their initial promises. I kind of hope that expansion sales are tepid as I don't want companies emulating this kind of rip-off.

What better way to quell a fan base infuriated by exclusive content than to provide more exclusive content! How did Bungie get to be so scummy so quickly? I don't drink Red Bull. Just hate the stuff. So now I don't get to play a new quest.

I'm done with Destiny. I was looking forward to the Taken King. I didn't even mind the $40 price point, but making content exclusive so we have to buy additional useless stuff is the last straw.

I mean, House of Wolves isn't that great, but I tolerated it. I won't tolerate this.

So Bungies "solution" was to charge 20 bucks for emotes, gestures and guns? Good lord. I love this game but they really are a stupid company.

It's not Bungie, it's Activision. The developer doesn't dictate pricing structures, the publisher does. The issue Bungie has is they communicate directly to consumers, unlike most others devs. So they need to tow the company line and refrain from saying how stupid Activision is being here. Then the internet blames Bungie for not standing up and saying what everyone else is thinking.

It's a tough spot to be in for them.

Honestly at this point, I'd probably pay ten bucks for a Gally.

I've been lucky and got pretty much every other drop you need to be successful in PVE. Fatebringer, VoC, WoC, Icebreaker....but just no love for a Gally.

The difference there is the Nechrochasm sucks and you wouldn't want it if you had it.

Autorifles are just so bad now. I really hope they buff them back soon. I have a solar Wolfslayer's Claw that I wish was as good as the other Skolas weapons, but it just generally sucks ass. You never see autorifles in PvP anymore. I'm pretty sure I see No Land Beyond more than autorifles in the Crucible. Otherwise PvP is primarily a Thorn/Last Word fest nowadays (of which I'm an active participant lol).

Yeah, I really want to like my wolfslayer's claw, but it takes an entire clip to kill an enemy my fatebringer takes one, maybe two shots to kill.
It's solar, so I tried to use it this week for nightfall, but I just ended up switching back to VoC.

I know I shouldn't be surprised at this point especially being a prominent user of shotguns (~#2 most kills for all my characters) but sometimes the range that you can one shot somebody is just a tad ridiculous. Not having shotpackage/range finder would be nice.

Also on the off topic of my weapon kills just noticed this for my titan in PvP.

Weapon Types Used:
