I broke down and got one. I have my 3G and my 4 side by side and what once I thought was crystal clear display looks very blurry and gross. And it is so friggin fast compared to the 3G.

How was I bragging in anyway that I have a job. I was simply stating I cannot line up since I have to be in the office at 7 am everyday for my job. I was asking to see if anyone has seen any recently or know of good places to check.

Go early on Saturday (9:00 am, before the mall opens) and make an appointment for later that day with the blueshirts in front of the store (they'll be there with ipads taking names). The limit is typically not stock at the Apple store, it's time/staff since upgrades and new plans take 30-45 minutes.

I did exactly that over the weekend at Chinook and got a 32 gb no problem. They switched to the appointment system a few weeks ago to keep things manageable. You can also go on Sunday, though they don't get stock over the weekend so they might run out. If you just want to buy one contract-free, you should be able to walk in anytime as the appointment system keeps stock from being depleted too quickly.

If you can't go in the weekend, go any day of the week and you should be fine.

I got a 16GB from Customer Relations this morning. The stock had just come in.

I've got an old Logitech MM50 speaker dock that works great, but doesn't seem to work with the new IP 4 - I want to guess its the new 30 pin connector? Has anyone found a good adapter to go from the old connector to the new 30 pin ones?

I'd hate to throw out this perfect good set of speakers. The charge capability is needed.

Thanks for this link! Looks like that explains why the thing hasn't shipped yet...not like I would have found a captivate any quicker, but it looks like it will be a couple more weeks before I get my hands on the iphone.
