Nah, besides Leicester winning the league, the other thing every other fan is rooting for is Pep in Europa.

City still play vs Chelsea, Stoke, Arsenal and Southampton this season. Given how embarrassingly bad City has been against the top 10 this year, you better hope for a Spurs win today.

Lol at the game being delayed 30 minutes because United is stuck in traffic. I know London is London, but still...

See, that's why they'll get Mourinho. He actually knows how and where to park a bus.

I think that even with a draw today the title race isn't over. I think that a lot of people would've predicted these last couple weeks. Clearly Spurs supporters were hoping that Defoe would score a couple today and upset Leicester, but that was a longshot at best. Throw in yet another uncalled penalty for a handball in the box, and what were Sunderlands actual chances here?
Its a super close year I think. If Spurs win today then they're ahead of where I thought things would finish up, and that was with it coming down to the last day and Leicester needing a result to sew things up at Chelsea.

I haven't seen an implosion like that since the 1-6 derby massacre.

United's performance was affected by sitting on a coach for two hours.
Calling it. Van Gaal's presser.

I wish I was a Leicester City fan, they just tore this league apart.

just one of those days. Just a few minutes before Allis opener, Martial had a great chance to make it 1-0 ... after Allis goal, the floodgates opened. This one hurts, but 4th place is still a possibility with City constantly crapping the bed against the top half of the league.

Mostly because they played as though the game ended about half an hour earlier than it did.

Yes, just one of those days .... under van Gaal. Where if we don't score on our single shot on goal then better start praying for a draw.

City crapping the bed? United have greater issues than City. Namely that they can't create chances let alone score goals. Bournemouth have more. Sunderland are going down and have three less. They have the least goals scored at home in ALL 4 divisions.

dude I'm not going to argue with you over van Gaal. The quicker he's gone the better.
but yeah, City have indeed crapped the bed against the better clubs of the league. This is from a couple of weeks ago, but the numbers haven't changed a lot.
Quote:
City's record against the top 6 - Pld: 9 Won: 0, Drawn: 3, Lost: 6, Pts: 3, Pts per game: 0.3
City's record against the bottom half - Pld: 16, Won: 13, Drawn: 3, Lost: 0, Pts: 42, Pts per game: 2.6
|
they constantly run over the teams from the bottom half, but they have been abysmal against the top clubs.
