Yeah, that's usually how these things go. The last attempted assassination on a President (Reagan) was because John Hinckley watched Taxi Driver too many times and wanted to impress a teenaged Jodie Foster. He followed Carter around, but then got arrested, so Reagan became the next target when he became President.
And Trump was definitely a softer target than Biden. His Secret Service protection isn't as good, and probably more importantly, his campaign stops are much harder to secure. His campaign has a long history of stiffing venues for the costs of the rallies and he's probably trying to grift as much of the donated money for his own use as possible. So that limits his options for venues, meaning that most are outdoor areas that he can use for free or for little to no cost. If his events were in arenas or stadiums, it'd be virtually impossible to target him.

I like thinking about how red-pilled you have to be to think MSNBC is an apt counter example to Clownworld though.

Depends which show you're watching. Morning Joe proudly proclaimed a couple weeks ago the day after the debate that this version of Biden was intellectually and sharpness the best that Biden has ever been. And then just a couple nights ago, Joy Reid was implying that there was some sort of conspiracy around Trump being shot. But, basically, I'd agree, all of US media is a joke.

From May 4, not even a couple months ago.
Quote:
WASHINGTON (TND) — MSNBC anchor Joe Scarborough defended President Joe Biden’s physical fitness on “Morning Joe” Monday, saying the president exercises regularly.
“You look at Joe Biden, he exercises every day,” Scarborough said. “You look how fit and trim he is.”
The cable channel's commentators have defended Biden as more Americans begin to question the 81-year-old’s mental acuity. Anchor Rachel Maddow took a creative approach to defending President Joe Biden’s mental fortitude last month by highlighting his active lifestyle.
He rides a bike,” she remarked during a panel discussion with several other MSNBC pundits.

"fit and trim."
Can't even walk up the stairs, but hey, still fit as a fiddle.

No doubt, what a dumb gotcha video that doesn’t even closely match the description. He’s clearly just talking to her, Jill comes to tell him something or remind him of something.

I've seen some reports and betting markets expecting an imminent withdrawal from the nomination by Biden. The DNC in a month could be the most interesting convention in generations if that happens and Harris isn't able to secure decisive support beforehand.

It’s actually pretty funny that someone who pretends to be intelligent and well versed in politics and media would watch that clip from that source and think the title was accurate. Like wow. Does Azure have the gullibility of my 5 year old nephew?

It looks like he is just talking to a woman. These “Biden has dementia” attacks are getting stupid.

Since we're talking about the Hulkster this remains easily a top 20 meme ever.
