I've listened through three times now and am enjoying it a lot. It's up there with Black Gives Way To Blue.

Rumor has it, this album was already released secretly on vinyl on Record Store Day.
http://www.spin.com/articles/elvis-c...ptember-album/
The announcement says that "a small number of test pressings were distributed as white labels" on April 20 for Record Store Day. Which, if true, would be Big News: Unreleased Elvis Costello and the Roots recordings are floating around out there somewhere, unlabeled, on vinyl!
The Roots
In addition to the vinyl reissue of "Things Fall Apart," did you know that The Roots released another (EXTREMELY) limited edition album called "Wise Up Ghost" on Record Store Day?

Nine Inch Nails - Hesitation Marks, September 3, 2013

New single. New album. New tour.
Our new full-length album, Hesitation Marks, will be released September 3rd on Columbia Records. The first single, “Came Back Haunted,” is out now, and you can listen to it above or on Soundcloud. You can also download the song right now by pre-ordering the album from us or on iTunes.
We’ve also announced our new tour, Tension 2013, coming this fall to North America. Picking up where Lights in the Sky left off, this is the full-on NIN live experience realized as we never could before. View tour dates and on-sale dates on our tour page. As usual, we have a nin.com presale designed to get the best tickets in the hands of real fans at reasonable prices - check here for full presale details and times.
This is just the beginning…

New City and Colour album came out on Tuesday for those interested. Only listened through once.... but so far not as impressed as I'd like to be.

Let me guess, it was full of really bland, alt-rock ballads?

Oakland, CA's Mantles make lightly jangling garage pop, owing a lot to late '60s acts like Velvet Underground, The Kinks or the Troggs. The band's new album, Long Enough To Leave, is wistful like an early autumn afternoon and will be out June 18 on Slumberland. You can check out "Brown Balloon" from the album below.

I am afraid to listen to the new City and Color. I felt he was straying from made him so good in Little Hell and it was a tad underwhelming for me compared to his earlier works.

Liam - LOL.
Liam Gallagher on Daft Punk: “I’d write ‘Get Lucky’ in a ####ing hour”
http://consequenceofsound.net/2013/0...-####ing-hour/
“I’d write ["Get Lucky"] in a ####ing hour,” said a 40-year-old man named Liam Gallagher, singer in the bands Oasis and Beady Eye and noted megalomaniac. “I don’t know what the fuss is about, you know what I mean? It’s like #### off, give me a ####ing break.”
Gallagher continued with a thought on what he’s not going to have people do: “I am not going to have people wear disguises. Take your ####ing helmet off. Let’s see what you look like sans helmet, whatever you’re called.”
