No it's not. Racism is a learned attitude/behavior generally passed down from parents or peers. Cognitive disabilities are from birth, the result of an accident or the result of chemical changes in the brain due to environmental or other factors. That said, there's no question that some people are born smarter than others and I'd like to imagine that racists are generally pretty stupid to begin with (which is probably what you meant).
If you are so stupid, you cannot discredit any types of bigoted, or hateful learnings you were taught as a child, be it religious or racist, I think there could be a strong argument made that you are in fact, mentally disabled.

I could almost put some credit into that...if it wasn't for that nagging suspicion I have that a lot of people are willfully stupid. It always kinda feels like folks are willing to do JUST enough to get by, and rarely seek to further educate themselves.
I wonder how many people blamed mental health when the Boston bombing suspects were found.
There has been a ton of sympathy thrown towards the younger Tsarnaev considering what he had done. A poor boy who looked up to his older brother is a narrative that more than a couple people prescribed too. Mental illness has been on the forefront for both the brothers since before they were killed/captured. Tamerlan may have been a schizophrenic. http://www.businessinsider.com/tamer...hrenic-2013-12

Oh okay, fair enough. I would argue the context of "wrong" makes it okay. Saying someone was the wrong colour and therefore became a victim of institutionalized racism by law enforcement, is different than saying that guy is the wrong colour so he shouldn't be allowed into a nightclub.
The evidence establishes that the shots fired by Wilson while he was seated in his SUV
were in self-defense and thus were not objectively unreasonable under the Fourth Amendment.
According to Wilson, when he backed up his SUV and attempted to get out to speak with Brown,
Brown blocked him from opening the door. Brown then reached through the window and began
to punch Wilson in the face, after which he reached for and gained control of Wilson’s firearm
by putting his hand over Wilson’s hand. As Brown was struggling for the gun and pointing it
into Wilson’s hip, Wilson gained control of the firearm and fired it just over his lap at Brown’s
hand. The physical evidence corroborates Wilson’s account in that the bullet was recovered
from the door panel just over Wilson’s lap, the base of Brown’s hand displayed injuries
consistent with it being within inches of the muzzle of the gun, and Wilson had injuries to his
jaw consistent with being struck. Witnesses 102, 103, and 104 all state that they saw Brown with
the upper portion of his body and/or arms inside the SUV as he struggled with Wilson. These
witnesses have given consistent statements, and their statements are also consistent with the
physical evidence.
You just can't do stupid stuff like that when you're black, there'e less margin for error.
So it is therefore more accurate to say the primary factor in Mike Brown's death is the fact that he was being a black idiot, but some might call that offensive.

Dude, I know you say this kind of stuff under the pretense of being black yourself. But imo, being black and Canadian doesn't really give you the right to speak on behalf of or against black Americans like you're coming from a place of knowledge and experience due to your skin colour.
I don't know you so I shouldn't judge too much, but imo, your comments are similar to if any white Canadian made them, and in that respect this post is a little offensive, saying he was being a black idiot.
When it comes to Black American issues, you tend to come off as a bit of a Canadian Uncle Tom, sometimes.

Well most of my family is American. But regardless, I read that several times to make sure nothing was false in it.

The incarceration rates of black Americans relative to other races literally means that mathematically there is less margin for error. Therefore this statement is also true.
Put the 2 statements together, and the end result is effectively that Mike Brown's death is the result of him being a black idiot. Nothing in the post even needs to be drawn from my experience, which is that I grew up in a place faaaar more violent than ANYWHERE in the United States or Canada and far more racist. I try not mention it because it's not ever relevant to my argument.
If anybody else made the post I just made, I'd read it... realize it's true, and then move along. So I dunno what the problem is.
Furthermore, I don't really identify as Canadian. I am Canadian and have been since 2005, I live here and yes I have become a Calgary Flames fan. But I follow the politics of my native country and the United States, and Canada only to the extent that I need to properly vote. Lastly and most importantly, I'd sooner identify as citizen of my native country than I would Canada. It is important to note that I'm not ever playing the "I've seen some sh.." card because I literally haven't because we ran, but I'm a big advocate against black idiots like these young specimens who do nothing but further bury us. If that's offensive then so be it. The truth has to be worth something.
This is true. Put himself in a situation to get in trouble.

Hows the crazy kool-aid in edmonton?, or do you always quote and answer yourself?

Racism is an actual thing and it's everywhere, including Canada. Plenty of people have said racist things to me. Mind you it's not like it's a daily occurrence or anything but the point is - the odd person is sometimes straight up and explains why they're not overly fond of black people. They're lazy. They steal. They look for trouble.
So that's my experience. Excuse the hell out of me for hating on the black people who are actually perpetuating these stereotypes.
