Why are you using WoC as a primary if you don't mind me asking?

I switch in between weapons, but for my other videos. I just felt like using the WoC. Also, I didn't feel like matching up weapons to shields, especially when the Cabal boss kept switching shield types.

I see.

What about snipers? Seemed like they might be viable given the range you were fighting at.

We couldn't stay at one spot for too long (as we found out from our first few attempts). You had to keep moving. I used the shotgun to clear out adds in my way. Maybe with 3 of us we might have a bit of luxury to use the sniper rifle, but since we were only 2 and had to be on the move all the time I didn't bother with it.

I've only done the 28 one so far, but even with 3 people it's tough to stay in one spot and snipe unless your really good at quick scoping...

I've been having a blast with the sidearm you get from the first mission. Great for those wolf captains you have to hunt, melts their shields pretty damn quick

Have found that holing up in the left corner of almost every map is possible for the 28/32, 34 requires at least 1 titan. 2 makes it relatively easy. Need a bladedancer when mines need to be dismantled and you want to continue holding your corner down.

Finished the 28 and 32 today.
Found the hive stage with light switch active was the toughest.
Watched some of theycallmebruce's twitch stream last night for the last stage of 32 poe, and picked up some good ideas.
Made sure to have a shotgun with solar for all the captains, then switched better an arc launcher, gjallarhorn and truth.
Much harder than I expected it to be.
I still haven't received any etheric light, so I'm not at 33 yet.

that's a really great strategy (didn't think of using a solar shotgun). I'm glad the video came in handy in giving you some strategies to use. I was hoping that whatever success or mistakes we made will be beneficial to anyone watching. Glad it was of some good.

We may try lvl 34 tonight.

When I was watching it, I was thinking "why doesn't he just stay and fight, rather than continuously running away?"
Then I played it, and found myself doing the same thing. I used blade dancer though, so I had more options to escape/revive teammates. Excited to try the higher levels...just hoping to get some etheric light in my runs through with my warlock and titan.

Not even 2 days and already beat PoE 35. Two things, praise Gjallahorn and Bubble Titans.

We attempted to take out the PoE Level 32 Cabal boss as quickly as possible. Took us about 3:43 mins to do so (I know there are faster times on the net). Was pretty tough.

Desperate to be able to get home and do some Trials of Osiris. Going undefeated with a 9 win passage means a chance at a random primary with a random element. Great weapons for PvP but also helpful for PvE. The gear looks and is fantastic as well.

Trials of Osiris: an intense experience where even if we're going up 4-0 in a round against weaker opponents, the pressure to win still exists. That exponentially increases when it's a close game. The 3v3 style definitely makes you feel the necessity for teamwork and individual play.

Getting to 9-0 has got to be one of the most rewarding things to get in this game. The loot was worth it and the experience of arriving at The Lighthouse was a treat in itself.

Also, I'm one to not taunt/tea bag but you can bet I will come back with a vengeance if you do. Just a video from one particularly tough team with clutch plays all around. Especially from round 4 (4:07) which was either for the 2 pt lead or letting them tie it up.

So Nham... since you did the 9-0 thing, how about bringing along a fellow guardian. Not so concerned about going 9-0, but would be cool to maybe get the gold package

Here's an article I found talking about the loot table in prison of elders. Best to use only one key a week on each character.

Definitely enjoying most things about HoW. There's so much more to do now. Now when I log in, there's no longer a set list of tasks to accomplish in a sitting. Used to be just weekly/nightfall, bounties, maybe raid. Now I have to decide on top of that if I want to run Queen bounties, PoE, Trials, hunt for keys. I haven't even had a chance to raid this week, or complete my weeklies, or do many bounties. So much stuff! Also taking that 2-3 week break before HoW released helped me refresh.

I have been on holidays and have finally had a chance to play today. Had some fun. Just a few quick questions

1. Do we have to farm keys so we can open the chests from the prison of elders.
2. Queens bounties where do you find them?
