The toll of Francis’ starts is going to catch up on the bullpen. Little has been quite wobbly in his last few games and I chalk it up to fatigue.

As my post suggests, I thought it was over after that back breaking 3 run homer by the Cards. Such resolve by this team and it was nice to see the good Hoffman tonight.

What he's doing is beyond Bonds even. If he even remotely keeps up this pace it will go down as the greatest season in MLB history.
It's wild to me. As Jays fans we're used to late bloomers. See Bautista. But for a man who was never really a great prospect and didn't make the majors until he was 25. It's insane to see what he's become.
