You have to wait until after sunset or before sunrise for the best affects. Also need to get right in their holes and flood it with the spray.

After you spray the poison would you be opposed to shooting some expanding foam in there? I had to do that to get rid of some under my concrete patio a couple years ago, then I just cut off the excess that oozed out into the open.

Why do people stand so close to the curb when waiting to cross the street. Everyday I see somebody with their toes hanging over the edge as cars are screaming by. It’s bonkers. Take a couple steps back no need to be that close to the edge

I always fear their bag, jacket or earphones will get clipped by the car.

If you observe a luggage carousel, it's human nature. They do this even when there are instructions on the floor asking not to do so.

How close are you driving to the curb that you fear hitting some toes? or a jacket or headphones?

since I'm not blind and can see my luggage from a couple steps back, I take pleasure in shoving past the carousel crowders to grab my bags when they appear. I treat it like a Navy Seal black-ops rescue mission.

Yep. Then pretend the luggage is heavy and theatrically swing it in a slightly uncontrolled manner when pulling it off the carousel.

Add, "Oh my. I guess this is why they have these instructions on the floor" for posterity if someone thinks you did it on purpose.

It never fails that I'm one of the first at the carousel, I find a spot a long way from the outlet chute and stand about 4' back with no one around. Inevitably, someone will come and randomly stand between me and the carousel. It is pathological.

There’s a wasp nest in our yard… but it’s ground level and hard to access. Also has a few cracks for access. What’s the best way to zap the nest if I can’t even see it? It’s near where visiting kids like to play so really not a good thing.

How about not driving so close to the curb that it is an issue?

Why do people assume I’m buzzing the curb while I’m driving? I’m primarily a pedestrian or a cyclist. Whenever I stop to cross streets I stand way back but I often see somebody hanging ten and I don’t understand why they choose to do so.

I assumed that because you made specific mention of cars in your post.

Until now you made no mention of cycling.

That's why we have the yellow line on platforms. Most people move away when we sound the clanger, but occasionally we have to bring the train to a stop and wave the person back, usually with a bit of train horn. Then there are the people that stand close to the fouling line at level crossings. Those situations always make me feel a bit nervous...

Hire an exterminator, or get the 'kill powder' that they use, and powder the heck out of those cracks.

Oh I'm aware of what the yellow-line is for, I'm astonished when people just ignore it.

Like, "You cant tell ME what to do!"

Its like that old joke about the US Aircraft Carrier or whatever vs. a Canadian Lighthouse?

Some with Trains. They have a fairly predictable range of travel. Dont stand in their way.

Many have fought Trains...few have won.

At least one person has been killed by a C-Train mirror over the years.
