Aussies like Pat Cash, Patrick Rafter, and Lleyton Hewitt just have to be cringing at these Kyrgios and Tomic pressers and their respective comments.

Pictures! Part 1, the grounds. (Gotta spoiler this all, they're big), or preview makes them seem waaaay bigger than they are
The big board. There's also the daily big board, which they are constantly updating. This is one of those "tradition things", because digital obviously makes waaay more sense.
This is where I ended up with a resale ticket for Genie's match. Why someone gave this away I couldn't tell you, but for £5 I won't complain much.
The view on high for court 18. This is where you wait for resale tickets. Can't see anything at that point since it's packed with people watching down. Very cool court
One of the major advantages for me going as a single (my travel friend is not a fan) is you can squeeze into great seats on the outer courts. I was here for Court 3 between Radwanska and Cibulkova. Cibulkova should call me up, I'm her good luck charm, she won every set I watched (left after the first here). I wanted to see some of Denis but he decided to make quick work of his opponent instead. Thanks for being considerate Denis...
The only remaining Canadian left in doubles now. Match was in the third set when I left. All the non-seated outer courts are like this, benches for people to sit on one side, some seats in some of the other courts too.
I would have taken more grounds pictures and tried hard to get onto court 2 for Milos, but something came up...

....Part 2: The Centre Court Experience. Yup, I did it, I bit the bullet and paid a nice premium to get on. But with my ultimate goal to see Roger on Centre, plus the chance to see Serena and Andy/Kyrgios, I just had to do it. Wasn't going to get another chance most likely. So it started here, where I was wildly out of place. The other side of this hospitality area was the Gatsby Club, which was totally formal. Sharp looking ladies and gents there, I ain't that lol. But free coffee and pastries ain't ever a bad thing.
Not bad seats at all either. Close enough to the Royal Box, but since I wasn't facing them I could only spot the Duke of Kent and Danny Willett, who was obvious in the green jacket.
The King. He was looking mighty sharp, but Cilic next scares the crap out of me. We all know what happened last time he faced Cilic with Djoker gone
The Queen. You don't realize how much more powerful she is until you see her live. It's pretty staggering. I also I guess never noticed how poor her footwork was until I watched her live. Doesn't matter as much when you can power through everything.
The Roof! It rained a touch and Serena threatened to sue so it was closed. She won the final 8 games under the roof. Actual complaint or trying to get an advantage? You decide....although to be fair a ballboy took a pretty hard fall so it was probably slick out there.
The court jesters. Andy was actually well behaved and Nick was too until he got broken in the 2nd set. Then he proceeded to totally meltdown, play as fast as possible and generally just give up on the set. But they hugged it out in the end. Andy would not be a good mentor for Nick, he needs like say...Lendl or someone of that ilk who will be hard on him.

Raonic won the first set out of nothing, 4 straight points to break and take it 6-4

With Roger predictably choking, Milos is more than likely going to his first major final. And now I have a better chance to see it since Andy-Milos isn't commanding the stupid money Roger-Andy would.

Milos is playing well. He's in control and pacing himself nicely.

Not to but the cart before the horse, but an Murray-Raonic final would be really quite interesting. Andy is the one guy of the big four that Milos has had the most success against, and I think he would be motivated after what happened in Melbourne.
OTOH, Murray already winning Wimbledon in the past would be a big aid to his own cause. He has experience in that pressure cooker that Milos doesn't. And, the 'great British hope' pressure won't be nearly as strong.

I think Milos can beat Andy for sure, just gotta take the first set and put the pressure on Andy and get the tension in the crowd. Andy is serving really well right now though so that could be the biggest problem.

Looks like Federer is staging a comeback though. Fends off three break points that would have basically ended it, then wins the third set.

Yeah I cannot believe he rallied there. I turned it off lol. Also Denis and Felix won again so they are on track for the all-Canadian Boys final. Saw a few people mention how they were shocked at Felix's level of play for his age, so yeah special talent for sure.

Bah. And Milos drops the third set in his own match. Need to avoid going long here.

So lets just say....
Cilic finishes this
Querrary comes back
Tsonga upsets Murray
Pouille beats Berdych
Is that the worst final four in major championship history? Do scalpers commit suicide?
