The nba is not a sport, I've been beating that drum for a while, and cringing at myself for doing so (the stories are out there but you still feel like a crazy conspiracy theorist when you speak about it), but this series confirms it for me.
It's blatant game management . And not even Kerry Fraser style " I don't like your team and coach so I'll make a couple bad calls". This is clearly refs getting into a situation they didn't think would arise - the raptors playing well enough to beat the cavs- and panicking so badly they don't even care about the visual/perceived integrity anymore.

I'd love to see one of these sports networks have a Ph.D. Statistician on saying what the chances are of no free throw fouls. There has to be a very small statistical chance of this happening.

Great response to get the lead back to 15 there. Agree with Armstrong there that they started looking a bit tired with the reach in type defuse instead of good positioning and footwork. Hope they can finish strong here. Their step up D has been the key these last couple games.
