So similar frustrations I've had in previous incarnations:
Playing a local multiplayer game, is there any way to save the controller settings? Player two plays "always up" instead of "camera relative" and I can't seem to make the changes stick globally for just one player.

Am I the only one having trouble finding players to play with online? Literally takes me like 5-10 minutes to find a person online to play with (PS3).
I am ranked pretty high (lvl46) and don't really like to play players not near my level but even now that I will play anyone I have a hard time finding someone to play with.
Not many players playing online?

Couple of questions/opinions about HUT; (PS4)
- Is it possible to change the jersey numbers of my players? I think I have 3 players skating around with #12
- What's the best goalie < 2500 you've used? I currently have Elliott as my starter, but his blue mask looks ugly on the Flames uniforms.
- I'm absolutely hate playing online so I don't have PlayStation +, however as I was just trying things out, I started an online playoff tournament (in HUT) and got to play against an online opponent without any problems/notifications.
Did I miss something?
Thanks in advance for any help!

No auto-save in GM mode until you exit out of the mode completely.
Prefer this way more as it doesn't slow down when you transition between games and tasks.

if your powering down from inside GM mode, and return to the game next turn on ur ok. if you don't return (ie. open another game/app/etc) you run the risk of losing data...

Don't think you can change jersey numbers, which is really stupid. And honestly, just save your pucks (or coins) for a while and get someone really good. You can get Lehtonen (or someone like that) for a decent price if you're willing to wait. Having a good goalie in HUT can make a huge difference.

Received an email from EA today with a link to a survey on NHL 15 and how to make it better.
If you didn't get one may want to check your junk folder or send EA a message asking how you can participate. I don't always do these but in this case I think they need to get blasted for putting out an unfinished product like this.

I'm a little tired of playing against poor sportsmanship online.
I'm talking about the guys who start watching every cutscene and using up all of their pauses with 5 seconds to go.
I always send a pleasant message to them after the game to remind them to be nice. Probably just makes them furious
Is anyone else playing HUT? I'm really liking the game mode. I've started collecting cards to get packs (the Flames one is pretty easy to do, I've got about 12 more to go, and it will take under 20,000 coins to get.

I'm also a fan of the HUT game mode. Once I collected Calgary, I finished Winnipeg and Florida, also two of the easier teams to collect.

I don't do this unprovoked, but as soon as you board me on an icing, watch both of your goal highlights, shoot the puck at my goalie or run one of my players after the whistle, I'm going to make you watch all the cut scenes and drag the game out. Then I feel the rage on the other end as I pot 7 goals and watch all the highlights. Guy usually ends up quitting with 10 seconds to go.

What happens when you quit this year? Does it record a result properly?

I completed the survey and tried to use the link again and it came up with a message saying that I had already completed the survey, so it's single use.
It's only three questions, basically:
- Would you recommend the game to family and friends (0-10) and reason
- Would you discourage others from playing (0-10)
- What other games have you played in the last 6 months (provides list)
Not as much opportunity to blast as I wished. No questions about missing features, modes, etc. so if you do get it, put this info in on the first questions as you won't get another chance to.

Everyone that has quit on me this year has gotten a loss, and I get a win. It depends on the score. If they quit when trailing by less than 3, the final score will be whatever they had plus three goals (so if they quit when it was 2-1, you'd win 4-1). If you are winning by three or more, the final score is not changed (up 7-1 and they quit, you win 7-1).
I haven't quit a game yet, so I don't know what happens.
I've had quite a few people watch the opening sequence up to the point where it shows the records, and quit on me. Nothing is recorded in that case (I'm 21-6-1, guess a lot of them don't want to play against me).

That makes way more sense than it has in years past.
