Toby is probably the Scranton Strangler. Vindicate Michael calling him a horrible person all of these years.

That could be true, too! I might actually like that even more!

I don't think happens with the Strangler, it's just a funny little sub-plot being thrown in for laughs. In this instance it was just a chance to show how little anyone cares what Toby says... with Dwight playing the "bow bow, chica chica" song over him.

The Scranton Strangler exists so they could make this joke...

I really hope they don't do a singing scene.

I just hope its a great episode, it could be really bad if its just a sappy finale
hoping its just a great Micheal Scott episode, that would be the best send off

Okay, that was pretty sad.

It just cut out for me at the end with Jim and Dwight looking at one another. Did it end with out the credits and what not?

Will Ferrell is just terrible, I hope if they continue the office that he's not there. It would be cool if Dwight murdered him and violently violated his corpse.

Kind of a letdown. I was under the impression that this was the season finale. Think the next few episodes will be pretty good with all those cameos.

Was Michael Scott kind of ruined tonight?? His persona has slowly been dying this year in my opinion, along with what made the show great. While there have been a couple good episodes this season, it has been a bad year imo. A few years ago, I could never have imagined it possible to make two episodes about Todd Packer and the Dundies completely unfunny, but they managed to do that this season.
All that said, The Office was my favorite show on TV for a long time... holding out that Michael Scott's replacement revives the show. Will Ferrell has been a dud imo.

Unfortuantely this show will still air forever if Will Ferrell is in it. People still relate everything he does back to Anchorman, which people forget he he was only 1/4 of.

the 3rd episode in a row where Will Ferrell's character was basically a completely different person than before...
I dono if it's lazy writing or if he is just that bad of an actor
was a decent episode, wished it had been just a great episode around him leaving rather than an entire episode about him leaving

He's not an actor, in every movie he plays the same role as a socially ######ed buffoon with the same mannerisms.
When he was digging his hand into the cake and then asking why he did that, I had flash backs to every other movie and every character he's done on SNL.
I thought he was funny in anchorman in spurts. But more often or not he's just flat. The sales scene was more stupid then it was funny.
At least Steve Carroll played a charismatic heart of gold social ######. That would be a major stretch roll for Ferrell.
