Are you referring to that little farm that was in Varsity right by the Crowchild Inn??
Nope, though I remember that one as well. The one in the NW was really small and had a farmhouse and people living there tending to the land. The area I am thinking of was just a giant square (maybe 10-20 city blocks?) wheat field in the middle of the industrial area's in the NE. That land was farmed for years and years...I would love to know what sits on that land now?

Didn't wade through every page of this thread, so I apologize if already mentioned. When I was a kid, I always wanted to be on Kidstreet. I was so jealous of all the toys the contestants won.

Sunridge Mall ? Your not thinking out towards the Airport on Barlow ?
Still huge in Quebec...basically St. Huberts and Swiss Chalet got tired of competing so Swiss drew out of Quebec and Huberts left the rest of Canada to them.
I named my pet yellow bird St. Hubert after St. Hubert's yellow chicken mascot.

Nope not Sunridge mall, I believe the mall was built in the early 80's and this would have been closer to the late 80's. TBQH it might have been on Barlow....it was a massive field though and had city on every side of it.
