and I had to watch it on stream because it's not on tv today until later but today was an impressive win for the fact that they played terrible

its a sign of a good team that they can get the result when not playing their best, 8 in a row unbeaten now

just need City/Arsenal/Chelsea to start dropping some points, all but given up on Man U who probably win the league by 10 points this year considering where they are now and having gotten nothing from Rooney so far

Man this team frustrates the hell out of me. Just couldn't get anything going against a 10-man United.

BUY A DAMN STRIKER!

Good game by Tottenham. You were clearly the better side today, but both teams earned the point, that's for sure.

Vidic and Modric were immense today. Both proved once again why they are top players in their respective positions.

I also don't know why Crouch was left out there all day. He was clearly ineffective.

ya they were both head and shoulders above the rest

and I assumed Defoe was coming on at HT, maybe try and get Vidic and Rio tired in the first jumping with Crouch and bring on Defoe's pace for the 2nd

certainly didn't expect it to wait until the 75th minute

We haven't signed a striker but link to every single one of them.

Dawson suspended as well.

Tomoro might decide the season. We need someone. And being optimistic with the way Harry pulled out the vdv deal I think it happens

Loss today may be a blessing in disguise

What're you doing 'Arry? Hes giving Newcastle hell for selling Carroll to Liverpool and hes giving them crap about the 'Transfer Request' fiasco.

'You made him hand that in so you could 'reluctantly' sell him.'

Of course they did. Its Mike Ashley, you were expecting something classy? You just werent supposed to call him out on it.

Even more good news. Ledley is likely done for the year. We get to see how rusty Woodgate is this week.

A defender might have been nice in the window eh? I heard big ol' Sol Campbell was available while the Toon were selling everything in sight...

Anything would've been nice. I guess we got Pienaar but that's hardly consolation for whiffing on our primary needs at the back and up front.

And a last ditch effort for Charlie Adam. You effectively made a deep midfield deeper but a thin defence just got thinner and you're hoping and praying that the guys up front can get it done.

You guys shouldnt have been such pansies and just bought Torres.
