Well now I can't show all my cards.

I was thinking Atlanta or Houston might grab him and leave Wilson on the board.

I think Trojan would've ended up taking Thomas had he kept the pick anyways. I just knew that I was probably unlikely to get either Wilson or Thomas at 24.

I hummed and hawed over even making the trade because I like Thomas to Houston so much. With that being said, this draft has worked out pretty good for me so far. There's a number of guys still around who I still really like and moving up in the 2nd round allows me a better shot at getting one of them. Thomas was definitely gone at 20 tho.

Okay, well Tranny being an East Coast guy is likelky in bed now, although he does keep some odd hours at times. I'm sure he'll get his pick in early and we can get it going again tommorrow morning.

Between my slow pitch game tonight, my lap top crashing numerous times, and my 7 week old son fussing, it's been tough to keep up with the action!

The Green Bay Packers are happy to add from the Boise State Broncos...

Cornerback - Kyle Wilson

Quote:
The 5-foot-10, 190-pound Wilson blazed the track running a 4.43 40-yard dash and posting a 38-inch vertical jump. He also put up some impressive numbers during agility drills. However, his most impressive number may be the 25 reps of 225-pounds he bench pressed at the combine last month. According to one scout in attendance, Wilson was near flawless during position drills

Sweet. I will get my pick in before I leave these morning.

With the twenty-fifth pick in the 2010 CP Mock NFL draft the Baltimore Ravens are proud to select from Georgia Tech Demaryius Thomas.

Wow this site never sleeps. The Texans just broke the Chargers hearts by taking Matthews, and Wilson is a good pick for the Packers. I think they'd be very happy to get him in the draft. Baltimore has one of the best rosters in the NFL so any rookie is going to have a hard time getting on the field with that team, but Derek Mason is getting up there in age and Thomas could become a good complement to Anquan Boldin.

With the 27th pick in the CP Mock Draft the Dallas Cowboys select:

Bruce Campbell - Maryland - OT

This is a high risk high reward pick. The guy is a total beast but has some things to work on. Dallas is in need of a LT so he will fit it quite nicely.

Yeah we can. Running back is a position the Chargers could look at Jahvid Best maybe. They did lose their Nose Tackle so maybe a guy who could play that position here?

http://www.nfl.com/draft/2010/tracke...-team-input:sd

This claims the Chargers needs are RB, OL, CB, S, and TE.

At this point though I think some of the D Tackles are still the best players left on the board though. If safety is a need, than Taylor Mays...maybe? I don't know the Chargers have a pretty solid roster.

Yeah, I seriously thought about trying to trade up to get Dan Williams for the Chiefs. I think his grade is too good and with 3-4 Nose Tackles being a pretty valuable commodity they wouldn't pass here.

So if the Chargers select Dan Williams and we move it's cool with everyone?
