Agreed. I don't think you can blame him on any of them.
1st goal: Gaborik in the slot on the PP. Great shot and he doesn't miss much from there.
2nd goal: 5 on 3 for Slovaks. Nice goal by Hossa.
3rd goal: Short-handed 2-1 break for the Slovaks. No chance for Kipper.

Finland is just a bad team and IMO lucky to be in the bronze medal game. Both their forwards and defense are crap. They've only beaten Germany, Belarus and an average at best Czech team in this tournament.
They got shutout by Sweden, had a very tough time with the Czech's and if not for Kiprusoff's heroics would have lost, hammered by the US and now are losing to Slovakia.
Goaltending is the only good aspect of the team that Finland has.

I've been watching the game on mute ever since his 10 minute Kiprusoff rant to start the game. Dude is just unbearable. I'm sure I've missed plenty of Canucks peen stroking and ZOMG DEMITRA = CUP though.

Demitra is a pretty good player actually. If he can stay healthy, he is probably more productive than any player not named Iginla on the Flames.
Staying healthy is a big IF though.

Beauty of a play by Hossa and Demitra. I believe Demitra leads the point scoring race now by 2 points (of course Canadians/Americans with a game in hand).

Refereeing seems confusing in this one.
Salo's dumbass pass is really all that really bothers me. Couldn't get a change on the Gaborik goal and a fortunate bounce on the 5-on-3.

The Finns are not doing anything. They are indecisive on the PP in the offensive zone and then give up a shortie?? How can they blame Kipper? The Finns have packed it in already.

Yep gotta feel for Kiprusoff. Should of stayed in Calgary and rested instead of playing for this awful Finnish team. Where is the D? 2 on 1 shorthanded? cmon! Watch TSN blame Kipper for some sick reason. Man I hate the folks at TSN.

Finland sucks. Kipper is getting hung out to dry but I'm sure McKenzie will try to blame all the goals on him.

That's not true at all. Finland has been working harder than Slovakia. The Slovaks have the best PP in the tournament. Salo's mistake was the thing that really turned things dark.

Demitra is a really good hockey player. He's been unlucky with injuries and that's overshadowed how talented he is. When healthy, he has value on any team.
I'm pretty happy for him. I hope Slovakia hangs on for Bronze.

After the final tomorrow, they should erect a 4 tier podium and give Demitra a platinum medal for that play alone

Hopefully Kipper pulls himself next goal and gets to rest for the night.

After watching the Finns, it makes me really, really, really appreciate having Jay Bouwmeester and Brent Sutter. I will never speak ill of those two again. I haven't seen this many odd-man rushes and guys wide open in the slot since the Mike Keenan nightmare. Finland is just a bad team and as much as it makes me sound like a homer they probably wouldn't be competing for a medal at all right now if they weren't carried there by Hagman and Kipper.

There was no blood on Jokinen's face, hows that double minor? You can't even call it attempt to injure or whatever as it was unfortunate accident...

I would be nice to have hockey continue to develop in Europe at a strong pace. A bronze in the Olympics can only mean good things for hockey in Slovakia. And No medal for Finland should kick the sports directors butts into putting more money into what is probably the most popular sport in Finland next to fishing and smoking.
