Ya, if you have the time that is the best option for 500 troops or under. I don't know about you but I don't have many territories that produce gold for me so I have to be very careful which ones I want to use the one where the troops come over to your side.

For the second time ktrain let me build up troops in the dome, obliterate my battery and then attacked me with 3 minutes remaining. A line had to be drawn so I nuked him. An attack designed for 1,500+ troops spent on a guy with 102. It felt good. I was so annoyed it had to be done.

I had a little chuckle when I saw the report. I'll admit, I deserved it.

I just took that over the day before and was driving through when I saw what happened. I killed a few minutes and then killed a few of your troops in the process!

Do you guys put your iphone on "never autolock" so that the screen stays on for hours? Seems like a bad idea for screen burn in or something.
I've found that a WIFI connection will continue to run in the background, but using a cellular uplink won't.

I got a really cheap one from Walmart? It was 10 bucks and it seems to work fine.

If I'm in my car, that's what I do. Does the iPhone have issues with burn in? I haven't heard about any problems.

My suggestion was to include a button in the settings that would activate a screen saver of some kind. I haven't heard of too many complaints with burn in but it does cross my mind at times.

Doesnt the app continue to run even when the screen is black ? I know when I am driving I will "wake up "my iphone and its still running... I wouldnt think it would cause burn in if the image isnt on the screen all the time

Before the 3.x firmware release, that was the case, and everything was tickety boo. But for some reason 3.x firmware seems to be a bigger battery drain so now apps can't run with the display in sleep. At least no peripherals.
So when you press the sleep button it kills the connection to the GPS and stuff. You can do some tricks to get around that, like looping a silent song in the background and somehow that keeps the application active to collect GPS positions. However, if you're using the MapKit API (and I strongly figure BNID are) that doesn't respond for some reason.
It's a major frustration for developers if you ask me.
