I'm going to thoroughly enjoying reading the back pages of the newspapers on the Tube tomorrow. It's still today but you've already made my tomorrow, thanks Liverpool!

Trolls. Trolls. They be everywhere, even in our obscure little LFC thread.
Ah heck, if there was a Scum Utd thread and they were pissing the bed I'd be trolling there probably!
Winning the Europa Cup or whatever it's called doesn't sound quite as good to me. That's a little too Mickey Mouse.

Yeah, but their supporters don't care enough to get their own thread. :P
If anyone happens to be awake for the match, come down to the pub, we'll surely have breakfast.

^^^^That's the funniest thing ever..........My sides are truly hurting.
Pity that I've run out of my thanking finger or I'd be all over it. Thx ever so much for finding the time to post that link. Excellent work.
No point in watching the derby now. Get to sleep in finally.

I'll take it, ugly win or not.
Reina with two incredible saves in that one sequence. Incredible.
Even though the season is apparently over the Reds remain only 8 points behind the mighty Man U for second place. The Russians are looking tough this season though.

Ya I think Spartak London have the title this year, I am hoping they struggle when Drogba goes to the Africa cup of Nations but I doubt it. Anelka is still world class.
Man U look good for 2nd
3rd through 6 could be a battle between Arsenal (who I think will really struggle without Van Persie) Spurs (who have been very good this year and most of it without Modric) Liverpool (still a very solid team, need Torres to get healthy) and Man City (especially if they buy something other than another striker in January)

"A stream of spanish instructions coming from Liverpool's manager..."
Just made me chuckle, so I figured I'd share.

Friggin' heck. Did the team even look like they were bothered trying to get back in the match? Sooooo frustrating.
Johnson had a 'mare.
Worst season I've seen from Liverpool since the Houlier era.

Good question. Tough one really. The owners are skint so do they really want to be buying Benitez out? After all he signed that extension to his contract. I'd be surprised if they did anything right now, warranted or not.
It does seem to me like he's lost the room though. The players folded like a cheap tent once Johnson decided to tap the ball into his own net.

.*facepalm*....*facedesk*......this is the epitome of frustrating. I realize it was Arsenal, but you don't fall flat in the 2nd half after a 1st like that.
