In the Gadget/Vehicle/Weapon category I'm proud to select... the S.H.I.E.L.D Helicarrier.
(That's it above Cap's head)
The Helicarrier is an aircraft that is constantly in the air. It is huge enough to hold an aircraft carrier. It is the mobile headquarters of SHIELD-and is extremely protected. The Helicarrier has held an entire squadron of jet fighters and a nuclear ballistic missile. There is one major Helicarrier, which is the one that is most important and used. There are also many smaller Helicarriers, however, which all serve as bases too. The Helicarrier has an extremely high level of security-even if someone managed to get on without clearance, guards and extremely powerful security technology would have them gone in a second. The Helicarrier was first proposed by Stark Industries, and was designed by Tony Stark.

I don't know if I can put this as sidekick, so I'm going to put it as costume for now.
THE SYMBIOTE
A symbiote, in Marvel Comics' fictional universe, is a living, sentient, alien organism that bonds with other living organisms in order to survive. Since it has no classifying name, it is referred to as a symbiote because of its symbiotic relationships. Often symbiotes are called "living costumes" because of the way the amorphous creatures envelop their hosts. They have incredible adaptive attributes and quickly gain similar powers to the superhuman they bond to. They are extremely deadly and have murderous urges on a regular basis. Some symbiotes, like Venom and Carnage, are known to threaten to eat their victims' brains, among other organs (Venom has made regular threats to eat Spider-man's spleen), and Venom has been hinted to have eaten some of the criminals he kills to sate the symbiote's lust for blood.
The symbiote enhances the physical attributes of its host, commonly increasing their strength and speed to superhuman levels as well as granting them a range of other powers such as transformation and mass-alteration.
The first appearance of a symbiote occurs in Secret Wars #8 in which it bonds with Spider-Man. Eventually the symbiote attempted to permanently bind itself to the character, and had to be forcibly removed, after which time it bonded with Eddie Brock to become Venom. Since then numerous symbiotes have appeared, many of which are the offspring of the original Venom symbiote and possess similar or even greater powers. The second symbiote was the Carnage symbiote which bonded with Cletus Kasady to form Carnage, whom then had its own child, which Venom named Toxin.

For the category of Sidekick we are proud to select Jimmy Olson.
Jimmy is traditionally depicted as a bow tie-wearing, red-haired young man who works as a cub reporter and photographer for The Daily Planet, alongside Lois Lane and Clark Kent, whom he idolizes as career role models. In most depictions of the character, he also has a strong friendship with Superman. As Superman's friend, Jimmy has special access to the Man of Steel, thanks to Superman's gift to Jimmy of a "signal watch," a wristwatch which, with the press of a button, emits a special ultrasonic frequency signal that Superman can hear anywhere on Earth.

According to wiki, Jimmy Olson, in one of the storylines, becomes Doomsday. Not saying it's not a valid pick, just a crazy idea, considering he's just a guy with a camera...

Well since my next pick was going to be Dark Knight, I feel it was a sign that I had to go with what my heart had wanted. I make this pick for two reason. One I love the character, and two he has a kick ass blog.
"Breaking the 4th Wall" is proud to select as their Sidekick selection, straight from their hidden Arctic base, the one, the only, Bob, Agent of HYDRA!
HAIL HYDRA!
That's right, Deadpool's newest sidekick! In the same vein as Weasel and Blind Al, for some reason Bob actually likes Deadpool, like... for realsies.
Bob, originally working at a HYDRA facility, wrote a blog that both Deadpool and Weasel enjoyed before joining up with them when Deadpool attacked the HYDRA base to rescue Alex Hayden.
Bob has no actual super powers to speak of, and isn't too bright; although he does seem to get lucky a lot. The only training he does have is the training HYDRA gives it's lower level employees which mostly consists of running and hiding (but not very effectively)
On the flipside, Deadpool has said he has never seen someone so adept at running away.
He also seems to have a nervous twitch.

I don't know who Bob is but the panels you posted are hilarious. I've never been a Hydra fan but I just may be a Bob fan now.

In the Canadian category, team Fighty Time! Fighty Time! will draft, the most awesome member of Alpha Flight, Dr. Walter Langkowski...
SASQUATCH
Vancouver native and most awesome of the Canadian super heroes (after the 'everyone's favourite' Wolverine). Anyways, a bit about him from Wiki
He possesses the ability to transform into a super-strong, orange-haired beast resembling the legendary Sasquatch. This transformation is triggered by willpower. In his transformed state, Langkowski has increased strength, stamina, and resistance to injury. He also has sharp claws and is able to leap incredible distances.
These powers were a result of Langkowski's self-experimentation with gamma radiation. In an attempt to become like the Hulk, Langkowski bombarded himself with a gamma ray projector at his laboratory near the Arctic Circle. As a proposed explanation for why he transformed into an orange instead of green behemoth (as gamma-irradiated persons are usually affected), Langkowski assumed it had something to do with the Aurora Borealis.
However, unbeknownst to Langkowski, it was not the gamma rays that turned him into Sasquatch, but the fact that his lab equipment opened a doorway between our world and the "Realm of Great Beasts." When this portal was opened, a mystical beast called Tanaraq invaded Langkowski's body and granted him his powers. Langkowski had to learn to maintain his own personality and intelligence when in the form of Sasquatch, and was very successful for a time.
And what's that? Oh, he's not BA Baracus enough for you?
In his Sasquatch form, Langkowski possesses superhuman strength and heightened endurance as well as high degree of resistance to injury that enabled him to go toe-to-toe with the Hulk and survive (In fact in an early appearance, Sasquatch fought the Hulk for "fun" in order to test the limits of his own strength.). He also has a healing factor.
He doesn't need some suit to make him rule. That is all.

Proto....After further thought and the negative feedback from other GM's a would say that the symbiote is NOT a sidekick. It is a suit that gives extra abilities. You could probably classify it in the weapon category, like someone would with something like batman's underwater suit or something. Its a thin line but I will say no....sorry

In the Gadget/Vehicle/Weapon category I'm proud to select WOLVERINE'S ADAMANTIUM SKELETON!! This is pretty much the greatest invention EVER!!
Adamantium is a virtually indestructible man-made steel alloy which does not occur in nature and whose exact chemical composition is a United States government classified secret. Adamantium is not an element: its properties do not qualify it for any know space on the Periodic Table of Elements. Rather, Adamantium is a series of closely related compounds of iron created through a secret process discovered by the American metallurgist Dr. Myron MacLain.
True Adamantium is nearly as strong as Captain America's shield, and is, for all practical purpose, indestructible. The degree of impermeability varies directly with the thickness of the Adamantium. A direct blow from Thor's hammer, conveyed with the thunder god's full strength, will slightly dent a solid cylinder of True Adamantium. A sufficient mass of Adamantium could survive a direct hit from a nuclear weapon.
Wolverine possesses artificial claws made of True Adamantium and his bones have been fused with Adamantium in an unexplained manner so as to greatly increase their tensile strength.
