Personally I prefer protein shakes as they don't have any fat/cholesterol.

I've got this thing called a table and I crack the egg on it and drop it into a glass with two of it's brothers and slurp! Down it goes so smoothly because of it's high surface tension, I don't even need to make the effort to swallow. Eggs - the laziest food in the world.
