It's not on the bus... but if you take the south LRT somewhere around 39th Ave there's a "Jesus is the answer" that's clearly directed at LRT riders. Regardless of whether it's on private property or public busses, it's pretty much the same idea.

Aren't we? Or is it rather that the zealots make for better soundbites and the moderates are... well, moderate? Don't we all hate Fred Phelps? But you know what, that's not exciting. No one gets media coverage for saying it's wrong.

If you want the moderates to become MORE outspoken, aren't they then at risk of becoming zealots?

How can you be a zealot when a reasonable person IE moderates speak loudly that suggesting Hurricane Katrina was brought on by god because of America's tolerance on Gay's and Abortion rights.

Theres a clear difference between being outspoken and critical of that kind of nonsense, and those who using absolutism speak out with such outrageous comments in the US media and get away with it.

I do agree, they get soundbites and its hard to hear the other side; often thats left to Atheists like Christopher Hitchens but I'd love to see more vocal moderate Christians leading the charge against the Evangelical zeal that exists today.
