"the invasion and occupation is long in the past" but with Bush and his ilk beating the wardrums for Iran, I think it's a good idea to remember who got the world in this mess.

Do you honestly believe that with 2 years left Bush is going to tackle Iran?

Well I hope not, but with his history, you never know.

So you hope that Iran is allowed to aquire nuclear weapons, and possibly threaten the Western World with them?

Read an article in the local rag here today concerning this woman.

What a fool.

Well, it might be more accurate to say she makes millions off of fools.

There's a difference.

Most of the radical commentators on the left and the right believe passionately in their message, however eccentric it might be, but every once in a while someone comes along that makes you seriously wonder if they actually believe what they're saying, so outrageous and offensive are their claims or statements.

She's one of them.

It's almost as though she wrote out a business plan identifying a niche market, invented a product to fill the need of that niche, then went about methodically exploiting the opportunity.

She's so clinical in her approach that you do wonder about her veracity, particularly given that goofy grin she gets when she's lobbing some particularly odiferous grenade at someone or something . . . . . . probably mentally counting the dollar signs as the thing explodes.

You certainly don't wonder about her ability to make money from a particular target audience.

Watching her on Leno the other night, I half expected her to back away from her comments about the Jersey widows. You could say I'm on the right, and probably wouldn't agree with the conspiracy theories around 9/11, but I would never approach people in the same manner as Coulter does.
